1. ADE participant employees, who require their own support responses, to be formally recognised as a unique cohort within the disability sector

2. Increase the number of sustainable employment opportunities for an additional 2,000 neurodiverse people across Aotearoa
New Zealand by 2030.

3. Explore and establish partnerships with businesses and organisations to expand job placement options and promote inclusive hiring practices.

4. Develop new enterprises and innovative product ideas to create diverse and meaningful employment opportunities.

5. Establish a National Network to maximise benefits from E-Waste Product Stewardship and CRS (Container Return Scheme).

6. Provide training, skill-building programs and career development opportunities to enhance the growth and financial independence of our employees.
