At Altus Enterprises we aim to bring the sense of purpose and social inclusion that work provides, to people with disabilities.

We strive to create a space where people with disabilities are respected as valuable members of our Auckland community, with skills and abilities they can use to better themselves and provide services to our business clients.

Employment at Altus

Altus is not just work, but a community where everyone is free to be themselves and is respected for who they are and what they bring to work. Employees have opportunities to learn manual work tasks, interpersonal and life skills.

Employees have the opportunity to work with a variety of different people on various tasks. Employees could be working on pick and pack, labeling, assembly, collating and mailing, office services, shrink wrapping, food repacking, bottling and packaging and recycling.

We currently provide employment to around 200 people with disabilities in Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland.

Will&Able

Will&Able is a social enterprise developed by Altus that creates further employment opportunities for people with disabilities through a unique range of eco cleaning products. Our products are environmentally friendly and the bottles are made from 100% recycled New Zealand milk bottles.

We provide our awesome team with a job to work at, a community to belong to, a purpose to strive for, a reason to get out of bed in the morning, and a way to develop more independence and financial freedom.

It's our mission to establish a business that is owned and operated by people with disabilities. One that is not limited by any constraints, with the goal of employing as many disabled people as possible - not only in Auckland but in the rest of NZ as well.

Our Services

We can assemble your products into packs, folders and point of sales stands to meet your needs. We can store products at our site.
Got a bunch of items but need them to be assembled into a finished product? We take your items and create finished products.
Need some labelling or re-labelling done? We can apply labels to new products, or provide corrective reworking on faulty, rebranded or imported/ exported products to meet NZ requirements.
We offer a range of collation, mailing and wrapping services, such as form mail outs, barcode printing, returns processing, print post or bulky mail outs.
We provide a variety of packaging options for your products.
We can also decant bulk product into point-of-sale packages. We can repackage and package contents and products.
We have a purpose build room to meet your needs with positive-pressure filtered air and temperature control within which we can provide kitting of pre-packaged items.
We have state of the art shrink wrapping facilities which efficiently process products in a variety of shapes and sizes.
We provide a range of recycling services, such as separating printed milk bags or paper and plastic inners.
